The fastest delivery option is our instant email voucher, it is sent immediately (remember to add sales@goldenmoments.com to your safe senders list so we don't get spammed!)

Orders for experience vouchers received before 3:30pm are sent the same day and delivered to you by First Class post. At best you will receive this next day, however on average we say to please allow 2-4 days.

Orders placed after 3:30pm, on the weekend or a public holiday will be sent the next working day.

Guaranteed next day delivery to arrive before 1pm via Royal Mail is available for a small additional charge. Simply select the option when placing your order. A signature is required at the delivery address, and unfortunately Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery over the weekend; vouchers sent on Friday are guaranteed to arrive before 1pm on Monday (providing of course it is not a public holiday).

Same day courier delivery may also be available if you are really in a hurry - please ask for a quote.
