The Experience
Prepare for an adrenaline-filled adventure with our White Water Rafting experience in Northamptonshire!
This 2-hour session lets you and up to six crew members navigate a thrilling 300-metre man-made whitewater course, all under the watchful eye of your expert raft guides. After a detailed safety briefing, you'll warm up at the top of the course to synchronise with your teammates before diving into several exciting runs down the rapids.
Ideal for participants aged 12 and over, this experience offers the perfect mix of safety and excitement for adventure enthusiasts. Please note that participants should not be pregnant, and we recommend that you weigh under 18 stone and are under 6'4". If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to us for more information.
What to Bring:
- Swimwear to wear under your wetsuit
- Old shorts to wear over the wetsuit
- Closed-toe footwear, such as old trainers (No flip-flops, open-toed shoes, or Crocs allowed)
- Shower essentials
Session Times:
Saturday: 10:00 AM & 12:30 PM
Sunday: 2:00 PM
These session times are available during our peak season, which runs from May through August.
Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to prepare for your adventure.

The Weather
Rafting operates in most conditions but may be affected by extreme weather conditions or flooding.
Session Length
This session will take approximately 2 hours. This includes a brief instruction.
Numbers
This experience is for 2 persons you will join a group of up to 6 crew members!
Spectators
Spectators are welcome to watch you both go down the river or they can join you by book them in!
What To Wear
The Centre provides all participants with the following pieces of equipment. A buoyancy aid or lifejacket, helmet, Sleeveless wetsuit and a windproof jacket. You must bring the following with you: A spare pair of trainers or wetsuit boots (These will get wet), Some form of thermal top: sweatshirt or thermals, A towel, Spare set of clothing, Swimsuit, shorts or trunks for hygiene reasons under your wetsuit.
Availability
This White Water rafting experience is subject to availability and water releases by the local river authority. We recommend booking six to eight weeks in advance. Spring and autumn are the best times to raft, as water levels are higher than in the drier summer months. The experience runs on Saturdays and Sundays.
