The Experience
Step aboard the three-masted clipper Sanne Sophia, one of the oldest iron ships still sailing in the Netherlands, built in 1886.

Departing from Muiden at 10:30 AM, this full-day sailing adventure offers a unique experience of sailing the Dutch waters and visiting the historic Fortress Island Pampus (optional). You are welcome to join in the sailing process - hoisting sails, tacking and even steering the ship - or relax on the spacious deck or in the comfortable saloon below deck.

The sailing route takes you to Pampus, where you can explore the fortress with an audio guide or follow one of the interactive tours about the island's intriguing history. Please note, entry to Pampus is optional and tickets are available on board.

Alternatively, enjoy your time aboard with a delicious lunch consisting of soup, sandwiches and a croquette sandwich, followed by snacks in the afternoon.

This unique sailing trip concludes with your return to Muiden between 4:00 and 4:30 PM. The boat offers drinks for purchase, and parking is free at P2 Muiden.
