The Experience
Take a trip with our remarkable Hot Air Balloon Ride for Two, a perfect opportunity for you to enjoy a romantic trip with your loved one or enjoy a day out with a friend!
This alluring experience is a truly peaceful and overwhelming experience that will whisk you away to a revolutionary seven thousand feet! The supremely steady balloon basket provides an excellent advantage point for in the air photography. This opportunity is one that you don't want to miss out on!
Your romantic day out is heightened by the ability of the pilot to turn the balloon using the 'rotation vents' - that is providing you with a truly panoramic view as you float through the air.
Both of you also have a very good chance of spotting wildlife, particularly on morning flights. Views depend entirely on the wind direction on the day, which means every flight is a unique experience. Every balloon flight is celebrated with a champagne toast and you will receive a personalised commemorative flight certificate signed by the pilot, making the occasion even more memorable and ensuring the experience will stay with you for years to come!

The Weather
The Balloon Ride for 2 is very weather dependent. You will be asked to phone the location prior to the flight to check the weather. If it is unsuitable, you simply rebook for another convenient day.
Session Length
The actual time in the air is approximately one hour but passengers and spectators are invited to participate in the pre and post flight preparation and dismantling of the balloon and this is all part of the experience.
It is very important that you arrive at the meeting point at the correct time and it will sometimes be necessary to transport you a short distance from the meeting point to an alternative launch site, owing to the wind direction or local conditions. At the end of the flight you will be returned to the original meeting point. You should allow at least four hours for the complete experience.
Spectators
Spectators are welcome to watch the balloon launch. If an alternative launch site to the meeting location is used, they have to make their own way there and back.
Numbers
There could be anything up to 16 people in the basket with you; this voucher is valid for 2 people.
What To Wear
You should wear clothing suitable for a country walk appropriate to the time of year, preferably of natural fibres. A hat or cap may be useful to protect your head from the heat of the burners. Ladies please wear trousers. Sensible walking shoes or boots are recommended, preferably ones that are waterproof. Space is restricted in the basket, so please avoid bringing large rucksacks and bags.
