Please note the itinerary and menu is subject to change, based on the locations' availability, weather, and other circumstances.
Your meeting spot will be in front of St. Giles Cathedral at the West Parliament Square side, opposite the French consulate. Your guide will be waiting with an orange umbrella so they are easy to spot.
Your Edinburgh Food Tour will end at St Marys Street which is about 3/4 of the way down the Royal Mile.
You can always tell your guide of any food allergies or special dietary requirements. We have had many vegetarians doing the tour and they all enjoyed it thoroughly. We will adapt the menu so you can fully enjoy the tour!
Unfortunately we can not accommodate gluten and lactose free diet, some of the traditional shops we go to use gluten or lactose in all their food.
The Weather
Your Edinburgh Food Tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour under extreme weather conditions and you will be rescheduled for another date.

Your Edinburgh Food Tour will last for approximately 3 - 3.5 hours.

Spectators
Spectators are not allowed but can join in the tour with their own voucher.
What To Wear
To join the Edinburgh food tour, you should wear comfortable shoes. There will be around 1.5 hours of walking but it is not too difficult. If you walk slowly, then our guide will walk slowly as well.
Availability
Your Edinburgh Food Tour can be booked from 12pm Monday - Sunday, however we advise booking at least two weeks prior for best availability.
