Experience the joy of making and savouring a range of cheeses as a group, including Mozzarella, Ricotta, Soft Cheese with Chives and Chilli, Paneer, and Goat's Cheese. The course also provides insights into advancing to the next level of making hard cheeses and an array of breads using whey.
This class is vegetarian-friendly, ensuring all milk used is pasteurised. It's a perfect blend of learning, making and tasting, ideal for both beginners and cheese enthusiasts alike.
