The Experience
Whether you are a 30,000 hour commercial pilot or have never even been in a cockpit before, this aeroplane simulator experience will be a day to remember – that we promise!
All of our instructors are experienced commercial pilots having flown thousands of hours and will tailor your session to your experience level. So whether you want to practice take offs and landings, fly into some of the world’s most challenging airports or complete real time gate to gate line flights, if the time is available we will make it happen for you.
Once on the flight deck you will be in a 1:1 scale cockpit where every button and dial work like the real aircraft – this is not a toy but is being used daily for real world commercial pilot training. The last person in your seat could have been a Ryanair pilot preparing for an upcoming assessment or a British Airways captain moving back onto a Boeing from an Airbus. These are real simulators and will provide an amazing insight into the world of the big jet pilot.
You’ll be able to choose from 24,000 destinations, pick the virtual time of your flight, and even the type of weather conditions you’ll encounter as you guide the plane along its flight path.
Vital Information
Flight Simulator Experiences involve a degree of physical mobility and may not be suitable for some people. Please check with us at the time of booking if you have any concerns. In all cases, all participants will be supervised by a Flight Instructor who will be seated in the right hand seat, unless you have been signed off to private hire the simulator. All participants must:
- be 12 years of age or older;
- be supervised by an adult if under the age of 16;
- be in good health and free from heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness or other conditions that could be aggravated by the simulator.;
Because our flight simulators are so realistic, you may be required by us to prove your identity. If we request it, please bring a piece of photo ID, either your passport or driving license, when you come for your aeroplane simulator flight experience.
If you have a booking in the diary you are required to give 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or change the booking. If less than 48 hours notice is given, your experience can be re-booked for a fee of £10. If a reservation is missed, without notice, this gift voucher becomes void.
